Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Specialist. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being.
Estimated Salary: $21.50-$23.00 per hour, paid weekly.
The successful candidate will have the ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high-quality care, and experience with Hoyer lift and other in-home care equipment. CNA/STNA certification is desired but not required. Experience is a plus, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise.
- Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare team members, and management.
