Position Overview

WPMG is currently seeking a full-time Hematology/Oncology Physician to become an integral part of our medical team.

As a Comprehensive Hematologist and Oncologist, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Engage with colleagues and specialists to exchange knowledge, discuss treatment options, and tailor care to meet patient needs.

  • Focus on community hematology and oncology practices while having the flexibility to specialize in particular areas of care.
  • Utilize EPIC and Beacon EMR systems across all practice locations.

Work Environment

The Olympia Medical Center is a comprehensive multispecialty facility equipped with on-site laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy services. Our office operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with 24/7 urgent care availability.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $434,861 to $511,600, prorated based on FTE. New hires typically start within the range of $434,861 to $486,021, depending on qualifications and experience.

Enrollment in our 401(k) plan with employer contributions, along with a cash balance pension plan, is available. Employees enjoy four weeks of paid vacation annually, eight paid holidays, and additional leave for continuing medical education.
