We are seeking a highly skilled Night Audit Clerk to join our team at the Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise. As a Night Audit Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel guest records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Record Management: Verify credit card approval and room availability, and ensure that all guest records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with front desk duties as needed, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute management reports to hotel administration and the finance department, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of both.
- Skills: Effective communication and organizational skills, ability to read and understand financial reports and policy manuals, and ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
- Testing: Must pass data entry test with a minimum of 3000 KPH and 85% accuracy, and basic math test with a minimum score of 85%.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but may increase to loud when on the casino floor. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
