About the Role:

Nexus Brands Group Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Team Lead to join our warehouse team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our 2nd shift team, ensuring that production goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach team members to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members
  • Manage inventory levels, track orders, and maintain accurate records using NetSuite software
  • Operate fill stations and equipment, and perform quality control checks
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve overall production goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (up to 500 lbs.) and work in a warehouse environment
  • Availability to work 2nd shift (7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.) and occasional overtime as needed
