Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Contract Position

Job Summary:

Healthcare Support is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and pneumonia.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • RRT certification
  • CPR certification
  • Indiana RCP License
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • NRP certification
  • 2+ years of experience in respiratory care
