Key Responsibilities- Assist with patient assessments and reassessments as per policy, identifying and initiating appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventions.
- Provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in the medical record.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Perform quality improvement assessments and contribute to the hospital's commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program.
- Current Montana state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- BLS certification.
- IV Certified or obtained within 6 months, highly preferred.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting, preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
