We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative and clerical support to our Hobart facility operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary administrative support for the site, partnering with the management staff to coordinate schedules, site visits, event coordination, and site communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Hobart facility operations
  • Coordinate schedules, site visits, event coordination, and site communications
  • Partner with the management staff to support site operations
  • Manage office/facility upgrades and partner with various departments as required
  • Serve as initial point of contact for customers and guests
  • Prepare internal communications or presentations for the facility
  • Partner with Human Resources directly to provide administrative support
  • Assist with internal/external office courier, shipping, or mail services

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience supporting site operations in an Administrative Support role
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, plan workload, and establish priorities
  • Be responsible for managing all vendors and visitors to the facility
  • Be responsible for managing and booking all conferences and office spaces
  • Manage facility wide communications for events, internal job postings, and announcements
  • Be responsible for ordering supplies and consumables for the facility
