Position Overview:
The Pricing Associate is tasked with aiding customers throughout the retail environment while ensuring that product pricing remains current and precise according to the updates provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers as they navigate the store, providing assistance with inquiries.
- Update merchandise pricing and implement price adjustments as directed by management.
- Organize and replenish stock on shelves as per management requests.
- Support the receiving of shipments and arrange incoming products as instructed.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Manage incoming calls and respond appropriately.
- Process customer transactions using the designated cash register system.
- Ensure accurate handling of cash.
- Manage customer returns effectively.
