Job Title: Dental Front Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated front office worker to join our team.

Dental Office Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and set a positive office atmosphere
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and schedule appointments
  • Maintain files and records; update when necessary
  • Handle dental billing and insurance claims

Dental Office Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Superb customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a dental front office setting
  • Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Great organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Eaglesoft software experience an asset

Compensation: $16 per hour. Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends.
