Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and direct occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
  • Function under physician's orders and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) preferred.
  • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) registration and state licensure.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
  • One year of experience in occupational therapy preferred.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to project a professional image and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
