About the Job: We are seeking an experienced PCU, RN to join our team at Covington Medical Center. In this 13-week travel nursing assignment, you will work with complex ICU patients, providing individualized care and contributing to a positive patient outcome. Our unit description highlights the importance of teamwork and effective communication in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities: As a PCU, RN, your key responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with patients and families, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of ICU experience, excluding travel experience. We prefer candidates with CRT certification and experience working with cardiac patients. If you have 1.5 years of ICU experience, please submit your application for management approval. As a traveler, you must reside over 100 miles outside of the facility, and permanent staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler. We prioritize candidates with a strong background in patient ratios, preferably 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1.
