Key Responsibilities
  • Define and refine project scope and project plan following RM-PMP or PTR process
  • Manage timeline, key milestones, and budget
  • Identify and deploy resources required to successfully execute project through the lifecycle
  • Identify fast-fail candidates
  • Engage key functions and stakeholders, resolve or escalate issues that might put project deliverables at risk
  • Support in building the project pipeline by working closely with Procurement, T&I, and BL team members and business leaders
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Monitor regional productivity pipeline and database to ensure accountability and report on regional progress vs goals
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to deliver team and business success in the areas of Productivity and/or PTRs
  • Influence for impact by partnering closely with Procurement, T&I, CTG, MFG, Quality, Stewardship, P&L, and other team leaders
Requirements
  • More than 3 years' working experience
  • Influence without formal authority
  • Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal), in Italian and English
  • Strong relationship skills with ability to successfully problem-solve with diverse groups towards a desired outcome through persuasion and influence
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize between multiple tasks
  • Solution orientation, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, motivation, hands-on mentality
  • Proficient use of MS Excel and ability to work with large data-sets
  • Manages complexity: Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to affectively solve problems
  • Manages ambiguity: Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear
