  • Food Preparation: Prepare prep items according to Golden Corral product specifications and recipes.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a standard inventory of prep items according to the Prep Production Guide and the Display Cooking Prep Production Guide.
  • Quality Control: Ensure optimum yield of products through the product cycle.
  • Food Safety: Label, date, and rotate all bulk produce and prepped items.
  • Cleanliness: Clean, maintain, and organize prep area including cooler(s), equipment, and dry storage.
  • Guest Service: Perform administrative tasks and help guests during meal periods.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
