Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and perform all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Oversee the accounting and office management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including financial reporting and tax requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Requirements:

  • College degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
