We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Oversee the accounting and office management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including financial reporting and tax requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements:
- College degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
