Educational Speech Therapist Opportunity in Thief River Falls

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced School Based Speech Language Pathologist to join our educational team at Soliant. This is a full-time opportunity with guaranteed hours and benefits, including competitive salary, healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k match.
About the Role:
This position involves conducting assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, developing individualized treatment plans, providing SLP services according to IEPs, and collaborating with teachers and parents to support student communication skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Create and implement customized treatment plans for diverse communication needs
- Provide high-quality SLP services aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other school staff to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
- Active Speech Language Pathology License
- ASHA certification preferred but not required
