Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team at i4 Search Group Healthcare. As a critical care RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, change dressings, and monitor vital signs
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote independence and self-care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the State of practice
  • Current certifications (variable depending on the facility)
  • Strong knowledge of general nursing theory and practice
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
