About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Community Living Manager to lead our residential programs at United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a liaison between program individuals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans to achieve resident goals and objectives.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration records, behavioral tracking, and other relevant documentation.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in areas such as crisis intervention, behavior management, and support strategies.
  5. Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality support.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in direct support or management roles, with a focus on residential programs.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPR/FA and CPI certifications required; valid driver's license preferred.
