Join Childcare Network as a dedicated Lead Teacher for our GA Pre-K program and play a vital role in shaping the future of early childhood education. As a key member of our team, you will oversee classroom activities, adhering to standards set by the GA Dept of Early Care and Learning, and aligning with the objectives of the current GA Pre-K Curriculum.

Your role involves creating a nurturing and positive environment for our children and their families, fostering strong bonds and supporting their comprehensive development. You will be responsible for designing and executing learning experiences that encompass a broad range of developmental areas, including physical health, social-emotional growth, cognitive skills, and creative expression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute learning experiences that meet the individual needs of each child, including those with disabilities.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's progress and tailor the curriculum accordingly.
• Uphold health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure and clean environment by adhering to strict procedures for hygiene, food handling, illness management, and child supervision.
