Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance through various channels, including phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems with sprayfoam machinery, focusing on both electrical and mechanical aspects.
  • Guide customers in the setup, operation, and upkeep of their equipment.
  • Work in conjunction with the engineering department to resolve intricate technical challenges.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal staff regarding equipment usage and maintenance protocols.
  • Keep meticulous records of support interactions and solutions provided.
  • Evaluate performance data and customer feedback to uncover trends and potential enhancements.
  • Create detailed reports and share insights with engineering and management teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical support role, ideally within the sprayfoam or a related sector.
  • Strong aptitude for both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to read and understand technical documentation, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Experience in data analysis and report generation.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support and training as required.
