Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at The Dunlin. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Massage and Spa services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to and from treatment rooms, attending to their needs throughout their Spa visit.
  • Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications, adhering to our property service standards.
  • Perform prep work, clean and restock rooms as required, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment, upholding professional ethics and providing personalized service.
  • Maintain the work area with necessary supplies, ensuring the room is immaculate at all times.
  • Communicate with management any occurrences involving staff or guests, including guest complaints or misconduct.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and programs available, supporting training and staff meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed Massage Therapist.
  • Massage Therapist State License required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, according to department needs.
  • Prolonged periods of standing/engaging in physical activity.
