About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Clinician - In Home Therapist to join our team in Boston. As an essential member of our clinical services, you will be responsible for providing in-home behavioral therapy to youth under 21 years old and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess a clinical Master Degree with additional hours of coursework and training in conducting functional behavioral assessments and selecting, implementing, and evaluating intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete functional behavioral assessment inclusive of the CANS
  • Provides in-home and in-community behavioral observations
  • Completes a written behavioral assessment report
  • Develops an individualized focused behavior plan in collaboration with the family and the child.
  • Responsible for the supervision and coordination of interventions
  • Participates in the development of CPT and ICP

Benefits and Salary:
