Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering technical assistance and after-sales support for Bodor Laser machines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with laser machines, providing timely solutions to customers.
  • Manage customer schedules and ensure optimal use of laser equipment.
  • Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance, including ordering parts and coordinating with vendors.
  • Deliver customer training and produce service reports.
  • Assist with equipment installations and commissioning as needed.
  • Travel within assigned territories to support customers.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in mechatronic, automation engineering, or equivalent field.
  • 2+ years of experience with CNC machines.
  • Familiarity with engineering software and reading technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally and domestically.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.

Location:

  • Various states/provinces in the US and Canada.
  • Choose a preferred base state/province and manage 1-4 territories.
