Digital Transformation Leader:

NewtekOne is looking for a visionary VP of Digital Transformation to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive business growth through innovative technology solutions. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy, leveraging your expertise in project management and technology to drive business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a Digital Strategy: Creating a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business objectives and leverages technology to drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Leading large-scale digital transformation projects, including the implementation of Fiserv systems and the development of new digital products and services.
  • Vendor Management: Developing and executing a vendor management strategy to optimize relationships with Fiserv, Unisys, and other key vendors.

We require a minimum of 10 years of experience in banking operations and project management, with significant experience in managing Fiserv systems and vendor relationships. You must possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year and opportunities to drive significant organizational impact in a dynamic, collaborative banking environment.
