Preferred Parking Service, LLC is looking for dedicated part-time parking operations specialists to manage our parking facilities and assist with event parking services.
This role requires availability for 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends. Work hours are flexible and typically occur in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. A valid driver's license and personal transportation are necessary, as employees will use their own vehicles for work purposes, with reimbursement of $0.59 per mile on a monthly basis. Proof of current vehicle registration and insurance is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize a company-issued smartphone to communicate via email. Familiarity with Microsoft applications is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Monitor parking areas to uphold parking regulations. Issue citations, immobilize vehicles, and coordinate with towing services as needed.
- Assist event parking patrons by facilitating payments through a mobile application.
- Drive your own vehicle during work hours, with a monthly reimbursement for mileage.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions; prior experience in outdoor settings is beneficial.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
- Receive training for minor repairs, such as fixing damaged parking gates.
- Participate in bi-weekly remote meetings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing directions and guidance on equipment usage.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Have reliable transportation for work duties.
All applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check and a motor vehicle records review.
Work Type: Part-time, typically less than 5 hours per week.
Compensation: $55.00 per week
