We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst - Partner Experience to join our Platforms team at Worldpay. This role involves turning data into insights that drive business value, streamlining data processes through automation, and leveraging AI techniques to enhance analysis.

Worldpay for Platforms is a leader in integrated payments with over 25 years of experience. Our business supports over a thousand software companies and over 700K end-users with their payment solutions. We aim to be the partner of choice for an expanded suite of Value-Added Service products that seamlessly integrate with our existing offerings.

What You'll Own

The ideal candidate will collect, process, and analyze large datasets, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, identify trends and patterns in data to support decision-making, collaborate with teams to understand data needs, and deliver solutions. The role also involves ensuring data accuracy and integrity, designing and implementing automated data collection and processing workflows, optimizing and automating routine analytical tasks, applying AI and machine learning techniques to derive deeper insights from data, and assisting in developing and implementing AI-driven predictive models.

What You Bring

We require a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, with 2+ years of experience in data analysis. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is essential. Strong skills in Excel and statistical analysis, experience with Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation, familiarity with automation tools and techniques, and experience in creating and maintaining automated reporting systems are also required. A basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in data analysis is desired.

Desired Qualifications

A Master's degree in a quantitative field, AI, or Machine Learning, experience with big data technologies, advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques and libraries, experience in developing and deploying AI models in a business context, familiarity with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services, experience with workflow automation tools, and knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques are highly desirable.
