Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support the mission of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). The successful candidate will play a vital role in analyzing data and providing critical insights to aid in the disruption of global drug trafficking networks.

About Us: Forfeiture Support Associates, LLC (FSA) is a leading provider of asset forfeiture services to law enforcement agencies nationwide. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional support and expertise to our clients, enabling them to effectively combat crime and protect their communities.

Key Responsibilities: As a Data Analyst at FSA, you will be responsible for receiving, gathering, analyzing, and organizing information from multiple sources. This will involve ensuring the completeness of received information, reconciling inconsistencies, and accurately entering required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets. Additionally, you will establish and maintain physical files, track case file status to ensure compliance with established deadlines, and coordinate requests for additional information as needed.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or GED, with an undergraduate degree preferred. You must be able to grasp and understand the organization and functions of the customer, possess meticulous data entry skills, and exhibit excellent communication skills, both oral and written. A strong attention to detail and ability to read and follow directions are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as experience with databases, is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
