Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
  • Inspect vehicles before parking, ensuring safe and secure storage.
  • Explain valet rates to customers and provide clear communication.
  • Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
  • Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
  • Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure a seamless transportation experience.
  • Adhere to uniform and attendance policies.

Qualifications:

  • A valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
  • Availability to work special shifts if needed.
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
  • The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers.
