LPN - Clinical Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Clinical Assistant. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care and support the implementation of treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan patient care, working closely with providers to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Order, interpret, and record results of clinical tests, reporting findings to physicians as needed
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide basic routine testing, including vital signs and EKGs, and document results accordingly
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure smooth transitions of care and maintain open communication
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory updates
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Associate degree in nursing or equivalent
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a medical office or hospital environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
