Medical Equipment Service Specialist

MMI Holdings, LLC is seeking a Medical Equipment Service Specialist to join our team in Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of electronics and mechanics, as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and performing delivery and pick-up of medical equipment at patients' homes, hospitals, or other clinical environments as necessary.
- On-site repair of broken equipment as needed.
- Refurbishing worn equipment as needed.
- Maintaining service center equipment in patient-ready condition at all times.
- Coordinating weekly inventory audits and informing corporate service coordinators of needed inventory.
- Ensuring service vehicles are maintained appropriately.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of electronics and mechanics.
- Customer service oriented and willingness to work with patients in their homes.
- Ability to meet and communicate with patients.
- Ability to learn equipment and instruct patients.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Attention to paperwork detail.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Current driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Professionalism and communication skills a must.
- Drug screen and background check required.
