Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Architectural Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are met and completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, be registered as an Architect in the state of New York (desirable but not required), and have at least 12 years of experience in project management. Prior experience working with NYS OGS and other government agencies is also desirable.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Developing and managing project budgets and schedules
- Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Managing project risks and issues
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000, and the specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
