About the Role

The Crucial Link Group is hiring a Quality Control Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing assembled filter elements to ensure they meet quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Completes all necessary production documentation before presenting a job to final inspection.
  • Ability to work shift schedule, five (5) eight-hour shifts or four (4) ten-hour shifts.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-12 months experience in a very fast-paced light manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $17.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
