Job Summary

KEDPlasma USA is seeking a skilled Plasma Processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our processing team, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of our products and samples throughout the processing, storage, and shipment stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with Company DCOPs, cGMPs, customer specifications, State and Federal regulations, and Company policies.
  • Perform plasma and sample processing according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Conduct quality control checks on laboratory equipment and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manage product packing, inventory, and storage within freezers for maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare product shipments and verify accuracy.
  • Receive, inventory, and maintain storage areas for incoming supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work flexible and/or extended shifts.
  • Occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
  • Demonstrated basic knowledge of computer equipment and software.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in completing documentation.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and work flexible schedules.
  • Ability to enter an environment with a temperature of -30°C for short periods of time.
  • Ability to tug, lift, and pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel.
