Job Title: Internet Sales Manager

At Mazda of Columbia, we are seeking a highly skilled Internet Sales Manager to oversee and manage our online sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving online sales and customer engagement, while ensuring a seamless online sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high closing percentages
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive customer engagement and maintain a 12% departmental closing ratio on internet leads
  • Maintain a 25% departmental phone close rate
  • Develop and train sales associates to set appointments and negotiate effectively with customers
  • Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online sales

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online sales management or BDC capacity
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on setting appointments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
