Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Parking Operations. As a key member of our parking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash, making change, and issuing receipts.
  • Operate a cash register, accurately calculating transactions and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist customers with directions and information about our parking facilities and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with special events and projects.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to accurately count and reconcile cash, and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash transactions.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
