Job Title: Mechanical Inspector - AZ - On-Site

VensureHR is seeking a skilled Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Arizona. As a Mechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of mechanical parts and assemblies by conducting dimensional and visual inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies to ensure they meet design specifications.
  • Prepare inspection reports detailing results and generate QN's to identify findings.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM's to inspect parts and assemblies.
  • Understand GD&T requirements and apply them during the inspection process.
  • Document inspection results in accordance with customer requirements (AS9102).
  • Train other inspectors on proper inspection techniques.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably CQT and CMI certified.
  • 5+ years' experience in quality control or mechanical inspection.
  • Working knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
