Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure quality revenue cycle results
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the ADT system and identify training needs
  • Prepare training materials and tools to support educational objectives and development initiatives
  • Conduct computer-based training and orientation of staff in an efficient and economical manner
  • Collaborate with supervisors to maintain training schedules and coordinate resources
  • Retrieve and analyze QA data and insurance coverage accuracy to identify error patterns and create interventions
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years registration/patient accounts experience in Epic required
