Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with GTP leadership and process owners to evaluate processes for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process changes, including enhanced internal controls, technology leverage, and elimination of redundancies.
  • Manage project priorities, develop plans, and implement activities to achieve results through individuals who are not direct reports.
  • Serve as a department liaison, procurement stakeholder, and subject matter expert on project teams and with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Leverage Marriott's technology to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of relevant processes.
  • Effectively communicate proposed process changes and enhancements to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' business management experience in a global organization with increasing management responsibility and history of consistently delivering business results.
  • Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills and PowerPoint presentation software skills.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow and PowerBI is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, critical thinking, and knowledge of the procurement planning and contracting process.
