IT Director

Job Title: IT Director - Leadership Role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our technology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversees the entire IT department, including infrastructure and applications
* Manages and oversees all stages of the development lifecycle for new projects
* Works to deliver products on time and on budget
* Helps to prioritize short and long term objectives
* Maintains existing programs, seeing that necessary updates are made
* Oversees maintenance of hardware
* Stays up to date on security risks and ensures corporate security
* Reports progress and challenges to senior management

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in an IT setting
* Significant experience in all phases of the development lifecycle
* Solid working knowledge of current security protocols and threats
* Hands-on experience in all relevant coding languages (C#, HTML, JavaScript)
* Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
