Automotive Sales Opportunity at Morris Ford

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and selling vehicles that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
  • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of used vehicles
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
  • Have quality customer service skills
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check
