The Manager of Loss Prevention is a critical member of our Pacsun team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent losses and protect our assets. This role requires a strong understanding of loss prevention principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations of internal losses and develop recommendations to prevent future occurrences
- Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with store management and district sales managers to identify and address loss prevention issues
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate store employees on loss prevention best practices
- Establish and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies to facilitate the prosecution of dishonest employees
- 4+ years of experience in loss prevention and specialty retail management
- Proven track record of shrink reduction and loss prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and exception-based shrink reporting systems
