Job Summary

VIP Employment Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Design: Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design and develop new products, as well as make changes to existing product designs.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and control the flow of materials and products.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, experience with Lean manufacturing and ISO standards.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working on 1st shift, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
