Job Summary

The Operations Specialist - Seasonal is a key role within our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our tax offices. This position involves a range of tasks, from delivering supplies and materials to performing basic maintenance repairs and assisting with the annual set up and closing of offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic building maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and minor low-voltage electrical work.
  • Deliver and set up office technology, such as hardware and software.
  • Transport supplies and materials to and from tax offices.
  • Assist with the annual set up and closing of seasonal tax offices, ensuring they meet brand standards.
  • Attend required training sessions to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Confirm office security when leaving the premises.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading skills and knowledge of Outlook and other web-based programs.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work independently.
