Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Lansing, MI. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Supply Chain Solutions division, ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to the department, including filing, opening mail, and answering phones
  • Reconcile and consolidate documents and information
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Verify completion and accuracy of information
  • Set up and maintain files and records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two or more years of administrative and clerical support experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment
