Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Healthcare Practitioner. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality/No Harm:
    • Properly administer medications to patients, as demonstrated by Preceptor Observation Tool, Skills Fair Demonstration, and Clinical Practice.
    • Assign and oversee patient care tasks within the healthcare environment, promoting effective teamwork and communication.
    • Efficiently utilize Health First computer systems for order entry, inquiry, and patient care documentation.
    • Consistently demonstrate safe clinical practice through skills fair demonstration, yearly competency assessment, and age-specific checklist.
    • Develop and implement a coordinated plan of care based on current evidence-based practice.
    • Comprehensive documentation of all nursing care, changes in condition, response to therapy, treatments, procedures, and referrals on the patient record to meet standards.
    • Showcase dependability, reliability, and adaptability in daily responsibilities.
  • Stewardship:
    • Practically use equipment and supplies to optimize efficiency.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Assist patients, families, and caregivers with education as directed by the treatment plan.
    • Deliver personalized patient care and services while respecting their unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
    • Enhance the patient experience through positive patient satisfaction scores, HCAHPs scores, and patient feedback.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • A current active license as a registered nurse in the state of Florida.
  • A valid AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to starting work and maintaining it.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $75,000-$95,000, contingent on qualifications and experience.
