Job Title: Skilled Medical Practitioner for Joint Care

At Health First, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Joint Center team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions in accordance with professional nursing standards.
  • To work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • To participate in the development and attainment of departmental goals, promoting a culture of quality and safety.
  • To demonstrate knowledge and adherence to practice standards, care bundles, and best practices in delivering care to patients and families.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with relevant experience.
  • Current Florida RN licensure and American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card.
  • Able to speak and understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
