Key Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify children's needs and develop individualized plans
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
- Provide early intervention services to families, including coaching and support
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and families
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work
- Licensed by the Department of Public Health
- LCSW required
- Valid Connecticut driver's license
- One year of experience working with children in early intervention
