Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at the State of Connecticut. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to individuals and families in need of mental health support.
About the Role:- Provide psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans to address client needs.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients.
- Advocate and develop networks of social and clinical services to assist clients in meeting identified needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and document treatment in clinical records.
- Licensure as a clinical social worker in the State of Connecticut.
- Experience providing licensed clinical outpatient treatment in the community for adults with severe and prolonged mental illness, addiction, and co-morbid medical conditions.
- Experience completing risk assessments and developing risk mitigation plans.
- Experience performing intake (psychosocial) assessments and person-centered recovery planning.
