About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow established safety and quality procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor production lines and address any abnormal conditions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Perform adjustments and assist line operators with solving problems to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Work with operators to maintain safety items on machines and keep them in optimal operating condition.
  • Perform major preventative maintenance activities on production lines and maintain records of repair work performed.
  • Verify all tools and equipment are properly accounted for and put away.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyors, air valves, and various power sources.
  • Skills in mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Ability to work in confining environments under/over equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
