Position Overview:

Soliant Education is in search of committed and skilled Exceptional Needs Educators for various roles in the educational sector. These positions are full-time and involve working directly with students across different grade levels (K-12).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with unique requirements.
  • Deliver customized instruction and assistance to students in both one-on-one and group environments.
  • Modify educational materials to suit diverse learning preferences and capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators, support personnel, and families to promote a comprehensive approach to student growth.
  • Track student advancement, modifying teaching methods and interventions as necessary.
