Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse I- Psych will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and documenting patient information accurately. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, provide education and support to patients and families, and contribute to a culture of quality improvement and patient safety. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • Active RN licensure in the state of Maine
  • BLS certification required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Working Conditions:
This role requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent exposure to diverse populations and challenging situations. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain composure under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and patients.
